🎚️ Mix Audio

Owner: Steve. After recording, Steve mixes the episode in GarageBand before handing it to Chief.

  • Clean up the raw recording.
  • Balance voices, intro/outro, clips, and music beds.
  • Export the final publish-ready MP3/WAV/M4A.
  • Then drop that final audio into the inbox.

Owner: Chief. I find the audio, confirm duration, create the production pack, and copy the source file safely.

📝 Transcribe

Owner: Chief. I generate local transcript files and save any Buzzsprout transcript Steve provides.

Chief should flag uncertainty instead of making Steve dig.

🚀 Publish

Owner: Steve/Buzzsprout. Once live, Chief captures the link and updates the pack.

📣 Social Approval + Posting

Owner: Chief drafts, Steve approves, Chief posts through the OpenClaw-controlled Chrome session logged into @perfectalbumsid.

Open social folder
  • Chief creates a batch of X/Twitter drafts: launch posts, hook posts, quote cards, debate prompts, soundbite/video posts, and “which song would you pick?” engagement.
  • Steve approves in Telegram with simple language: approve 1, approve all, edit 2: ..., or skip 3.
  • Chief posts only approved items through Chrome; public posts do not go live without approval unless Steve later grants standing approval for a specific campaign.
  • Chief uses episode artwork, soundbite videos, quote cards, and links when useful — not just text posts.
  • Chief logs every live post in 05_Social/posting-log/ with timestamp, copy, media, and X URL.
  • Chrome on the Mac mini must stay open and logged into X for browser-based posting.
